TypeMash Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Twinkode processes information when you use TypeMash.

Our data roles

For account, billing and security information, Twinkode manages processing needed to provide the service. For business content entered by an organization, TypeMash generally processes that content on the workspace organization’s instructions, subject to applicable law.

Information we process

This includes account, organization, user and role information; business content and files; security, audit and usage records; subscription/payment information; and Ask TypeMash prompts plus permitted context needed to answer them.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate TypeMash features, enforce permissions, protect accounts, prevent abuse, deliver requested notifications, provide support, administer subscriptions, and meet legal obligations.

Ask TypeMash

Prompts and context the user is permitted to see are processed to generate an answer and meter usage. The assistant is read-only, does not gain additional permissions, and does not modify business records.

Service providers and sharing

We may use hosting, database, storage, email, monitoring, payment and AI providers to operate the service, sharing only what is needed for those purposes. We do not sell customer data to advertisers, and advertisers do not receive workspace content.

International processing

Service providers may process data in different countries. We use contractual and organizational safeguards required by applicable law.

Security

Controls include tenant isolation, roles and permissions, encryption in transit, secret management, access controls, audit logging, backups and recovery. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for operational, contractual, legal and security needs. Expiry of the founding-year offer does not automatically delete business data. Organizations can export data and request deletion subject to product capabilities and applicable law.

Your rights and choices

You can update profile/notification preferences and request access, correction, export, deletion or objection where applicable law provides those rights. We may need to verify identity and organizational authority before fulfilling a request.
