Cancellation & refund policy

Founding-year offer

TypeMash charges no subscription fee during the first 365 days for eligible new Starter organizations, so there is no subscription fee to refund during that period. Expiry alone does not trigger an automatic charge.

Cancelling a paid plan

When self-service billing is active, renewal can be cancelled through billing management. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period unless applicable law or a commercial agreement requires otherwise.

Refunds

We do not ordinarily provide pro-rata refunds for unused time after a paid period begins, except for duplicate/erroneous charges, where required by law, or where Twinkode agrees otherwise in writing.

Billing errors

If you see an incorrect charge, contact support@twinkode.com with the transaction reference. We will review the record with the payment provider. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer or business rights under applicable law.
