TypeMash Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TypeMash, a Twinkode service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and managing users, roles and permissions within your organization.

Founding-year offer

Eligible new organizations starting on Starter may receive 365 days with no subscription charge. The regular price is shown before signup or paid conversion. No payment method is required to begin the offer, and expiry alone does not trigger an automatic charge. Without an activated paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only while data, viewing, export and subscription management remain available.

Plans and usage limits

Plans define included users, storage, Ask TypeMash allowance and commercial capabilities. Starter includes the first three internal users. Additional users and capacity are subject to the prices and limits shown when paid service is activated.

Billing, taxes and price changes

Currency, price, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. A third-party payment provider may process the transaction. Future price changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite previously issued invoices or financial records.

Ask TypeMash

The assistant is read-only and remains inside the signed-in user’s permissions and organization boundary. AI output can be inaccurate and should be checked before it is relied on for important decisions.

Data and ownership

You or the relevant rights holders retain ownership of organization data. You grant Twinkode only the rights needed to host and process it to operate, secure and support TypeMash.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass permissions or tenant isolation, introduce malicious software, abuse the service, or misuse another person’s data.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no subscription charge to refund during the free offer. Paid plans are subject to the published cancellation/refund policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Availability, suspension and termination

Maintenance, outages, or changes required for security or compliance may occur. Access may be restricted or suspended for misuse, non-payment, or legal requirements.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal/commercial requirements change. The current version and effective date are shown in the product and website, and renewed acceptance will be requested when required.
